Our architecturally designed cabins are custom built to suit each unique site and brief.
These carefully crafted spaces are created to embrace off-grid living and reduce your footprint, both environmentally and physically.
Resting on a trailer for ease of delivery and relocation, the tiny homes are engineered for transportation, making them ideal for remote properties.
In addition to our full design and build service, Fresh Prince offers architectural design and detailing services, and planning permission services where required by your local council.
FIT-OUTS
Fresh Prince has a creative and streamlined approach to commercial fit-out.
We offer interior, architectural and furniture design and build services, for offices, bars, cafes, events and brand activations.
Our in-house workshop ensures a fast turnaround from concept to completion. Most of our work is prefabricated to reduce time and disturbance on site.
We enjoy working across a wide range of projects, from large developments to corporate offices and boutique bars. We work collaboratively with clients, builders, architects, engineers and tradespeople to ensure the best outcome for each project.
PLANTS
Plants are our passion, and are at the heart of Fresh Prince.
We specialise in creative plant solutions, and love coming up with unique ways to integrate landscapes into the built environment.
Our background in architecture and joinery allows us to go beyond traditional pots and planters to conceive more creative, immersive plant designs in both indoor and outdoor settings.
We offer commercial landscape design, installation and maintenance services to tie in with new developments, as well as standalone landscape concepts, to green your space.
Our story
Fresh Prince is a design + build studio based in Sydney, Australia. Since its establishment in 2016, Fresh Prince has brought to life hundreds of unique plant and architectural concepts, and developed a reputation as a dependable, dynamic practice.
Our passion for authentic sustainable practice extends to every aspect of Fresh Prince’s workings. From careful material selection to promoting efficiency and longevity, our goal is to reduce and re-purpose waste in the construction industry.

Founded on the belief that design and craftsmanship are two halves of a united process, we seek to reinforce the connection between architectural practice and the realities of making.
We design and build collaboratively, to ensure clear communication and quality from concept through to completion. Our approach to design is fresh and intrinsically connected to the locality, personality and purpose of each space and landscape we create.

Richie northcott
Founding director Richie established Fresh Prince in 2013, after working across agro-forestry, sustainable start-ups and carpentry in Australia, Kenya and the United Kingdom. His love of plants and timber inspire Fresh Prince’s biophilic vision.
Alice nivison
Director Alice’s background in architecture and art inform the highly creative and imaginative approach Fresh Prince has to each project it undertakes. Her focus on clear communication and sustainable practice is fundamental to the Fresh Prince ethos.
ANNA SCOTT
Horticulturalist Anna has a deep-rooted affinity for plants a budding passion for landscape design. She works across indoor and outdoor landscape design, installation and maintenance.
ANGUS WIRTH
Architectural designer Angus’ experience spans across both architecture and construction. He has a distinct style and attention to detail, founded on a deep understanding of craftsmanship and respect for materiality.
RACHEL MACKAY
Creative strategy Rachel is passionate about design that enhances experiences, and stimulates new ways of seeing and thinking. She works across brand strategy and creative direction, specialising in the interface between branding and architecture.
